Why did you become a personal trainer?

I always enjoyed running and fitness classes and had a passion for motivating others. It was a natural progression and the schedule was flexible with 4 kids.

How long have you been training for?

I have been training for almost 10 years.

What do you like most about working at Fit Club for Women?

What I like most about working at Fit Club is the relationships. With small group training, you truly get to know everyone you're working out with. Not only do you learn their training abilities and how to inspire them, but also about their lives and families. It's an amazing partnership.

What is your greatest physical fitness achievement?

I once would have said running 9 marathons, including qualifying for Boston twice. But, what I think is my greatest achievement is working out every single day in my 40s, and hopefully setting a good example for my kids.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I love to sing and dance. It fuels my soul.

What fitness certifications have you acquired?

Certified Personal Trainer, XaBeat Instructor, Barre Instructor, and Total Body Trainer Instructor.
