Why did you become a personal trainer?

I have always had a passion for fitness and health. It was after college that I realized that personal training would give me more fulfillment. The ability to help someone become healthier in several ways is something that means a lot to me.

How long have you been training for?

I have been training for two years.

What do you like most about working at Fit Club for Women?

I love the clients and the staff. Over time we have become more of a family than anything.

What is your greatest physical fitness achievement?

In school set two school records that I'm pretty proud of.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

Talking in front of people is still a fear of mine.
