Why did you become a personal trainer?

My Passion is to assist clients on their journey to better health and wellness so they can enjoy life to its fullest. Every day offers the opportunity to focus on the human body’s need for movement​ as​ the best natural defense against aging and illness.

Losing 55 pounds through healthy nutrition and lifestyle.
